• Gift Vouchers are digital/prepaid codes issued by Namo Rudraya that can be used to purchase eligible products and services on www.namorudraya.com.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and intended for personal gifting or corporate use only.

• All Gift Vouchers are valid for Three months from the date of issue, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or refunded.

• Vouchers can be redeemed only on www.namorudraya.com. at the time of checkout.
• To redeem, enter the voucher code in the “Gift Card / Discount Code” field on the payment page.
• The value of the voucher will be adjusted against the order total.
• If the total purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance can be paid using other available payment methods.
• If the total purchase value is less than the voucher amount, the unused balance will remain valid until the expiry date.

• Vouchers can be used to purchase any available product or service, including Rudraksha, gemstones, energised items, spiritual jewellery, or Vedic pujas.
• Only ONE voucher can be used in a single transaction.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for money in part or full.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or coupon codes unless explicitly permitted.

• Gift Voucher purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable once issued.
• In the event of cancellation of an order paid via a voucher, the amount will be re-credited to the same voucher code (subject to return policy eligibility).
• If a partial refund is processed for a combined payment (voucher + other payment), the refund will follow a pro-rata allocation.

• Namo Rudraya is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or theft of a voucher once it is issued.
• Customers are advised to keep voucher codes confidential.
• If a voucher is suspected to be tampered with, forged, or fraudulently obtained, we reserve the right to cancel the voucher without notice.
