    1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to:

      • All major locations across India through reputed courier partners.
      • International shipping to all over the world, subject to customs regulations and service availability.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements or a full refund.

    1. Processing Time
      • All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
      • Customised, energised, or made-to-order items (e.g., Rudraksha with energisation, gemstone recommendations) may take 3 to 7 business days to dispatch.
      • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    2. Estimated Delivery Time
      • Domestic Orders (India): 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
      • International Orders: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, regional holidays, or external conditions beyond our control.

    1. Shipping Charges
      • Free Shipping is available on all domestic ( PAN INDIA ) / WORLDWIDE.
      • Free International Shipping . Duties and taxes (if any) in the buyer’s Country are to be borne by the recipient.
    2. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking ID and courier partner details. You may track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

    1. Packaging

All products are securely packed with tamper-proof materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Fragile items like crystal malas and gemstones are packed with extra care.

    1. Delays and Disruptions

In case of any unexpected delay, natural calamities, courier strikes, or government restrictions (such as lockdowns or customs hold), we will notify you promptly and keep you updated on revised timelines.

    1. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the delivery point, we will contact you for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

    1. Damaged or Lost Parcels
      • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description at info@namorudraya.com.
      • For lost packages, we will initiate an inquiry with the courier. Refund or replacement will be issued only after confirmation from the logistics partner which may take up to 15-20 business days after escalating the issue with us.
