Refund Policy Akshata Gems and Jewels

Effective Date: 01 APRIL 2025

At Akshata Gems and Jewels, we take utmost care to deliver high-quality, authentic products to our customers. Each item is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase due to valid reasons, we offer a refund or replacement under specific conditions as outlined below.

    1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

      • You have received a wrong item or an item not matching the order.
      • You have received a damaged or defective product (must be reported with unboxing video).
      • The item is lost in transit and not delivered to your address.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

      • Change of mind after placing the order.
      • Natural variations in shape, size, texture, or colour of Rudraksha, gemstones, or other natural materials.
      • Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
      • Worn, customised, or energised products.
      • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics issues beyond our control.
    1. Reporting Timeline

To be eligible for a refund:

      • You must raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
      • Requests must be sent via email to info@namorudraya.com with:
        • Order ID
        • Reason for refund
        • Clear images or video (especially unboxing video in case of damage)
    1. Refund Process

Once we verify and approve your claim:

      • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 12-15 business days. 
      • In some cases, we may request return of the item for verification before refund (return courier charges to be borne by customer unless it’s our error).
      • If paid via UPI/Net Banking, ensure correct details are shared for a smooth refund process.
    1. Order Cancellation
      • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
      • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
    2. Exchange or Replacement (if applicable)

In certain cases, we may offer:

      • Replacement of the same product (if in stock)
      • Exchange for a product of equal or lesser value (subject to availability and approval)

For exchange or replacement, the original item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

The exchange/replacement product will be delivered within 12-15 business days.

    2. Refunds for Online Consultations or Customised Products
      • All payments made for astrological consultations, energising services, and customised orders are non-refundable.
      • In case of a service delay due to unavoidable reasons, we will reschedule or adjust accordingly upon discussion.
